Thomas Franks have been successfully tailoring bespoke catering for high profile clients in the B&I sector, independent schools, and private member clubs. One of those clients was Gymshark, a fitness accessories and apparel brand based out of the UK, with a highly active global social media presence, that started in a garage in 2012 and are now recognised as one of the fastest growing brands in fitness.
In 2018 Gymshark moved to their new Head Office in Solihull, built with a vision to provide their employees, sponsors, and business partners with a workplace of the future. Thomas Franks provided the catering offer and Kappture were drafted in to discuss the implementation of self-service kiosks that would allow their customers to claim loyalty and promotions via a Gymshark’s branded app.
For this, Kappture deployed two housed kiosks, built on sturdy weighted plinths and housing printers, scanners, card reading technology, touchscreen EPOS screens, and with their Kappture software powering it behind the scenes, enabling Thomas Franks to evaluate sales data through Kappture’s analytics engine in the back office.
