What is QuickServe? 

QuickServe is Kappture’s cutting-edge solution that acts as a personal concierge for guests. It empowers customers to order directly from their tables or hospitality boxes, transforming the traditional service model into a seamless, efficient experience. 

Key Features 

  • Streamlined Ordering: Guests can easily browse the menu and place their orders directly from their seats, eliminating the need to wait for staff. 
  • Real-time Menu Management: Venue operators can update menu items instantly, ensuring guests always see the most accurate offerings. 
  • Multiple Payment Options: Venues can enable their guests to pay via any of the three payment options – online payment using QR code, account billing, or card payment through a PED, providing flexibility and convenience. 

 

User Journey with QuickServe 

1. Entering the Hospitality Box: Guests settle into their hospitality boxes or tables. 

2. Placing the Order: Using the tablet, they browse the menu and make selections. 

3. Adding Selections to Basket: Guests add their choices to the basket and review their order. 

4. Completing Checkout: They proceed to checkout finish payment. 

5. Order Sent to Kitchen: The order is sent directly to the kitchen via the management screen. 

6. Order Fulfilled: The kitchen prepares the order. 

7. Order Delivered: Staff delivers the order directly to the guests’ table or box.
